S&S Build & Renovate Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13455342, incorporated in June 2021, with its registered office at 43 Fairview Grove, Wolverhampton WV11 1BZ. The company was previously registered as SS Construction Midlands Ltd.
Gas work is carried out only by Gas Safe registered engineers and notifiable electrical work only by registered competent persons. Structural work is designed by qualified engineers and approved by building control before it starts. Insurance details are available on request before works begin — ask us, and ask any builder you're considering.

Will you quote over the phone?
No. We visit the property first, because the cost is decided by what's behind the surface and nobody can price that from a description.
Do you handle planning and building control?
Yes, as part of the project. Planning applications and building control approval are arranged before work starts, with the engineer's design where structural work is involved.
Who does the gas and electrical work?
Gas Safe registered engineers and registered competent persons for notifiable electrical work. Certificates are provided at completion.
What if you find something unexpected?
We stop, show you what was found, and price it before carrying it out. Nothing extra appears on an invoice without written agreement.
Are you insured?
Yes, and details are available on request before works begin.
